LA 2DA ETAPA DE LA VUELTA A LA ISLA 2011...LA RUTA DE LA COSTA... DE QUE TRATA? (2nd STAGE OF OUR TRIP AROUND THE ISLAND, WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?)

English Version:
2nd STAGE OF OUR TRIP AROUND THE ISLAND, WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?
To this group of adventure-freaks, one day it came to mind to celebrate their good friend's birthday by doing something they all liked: going out on bicycle. As crazy as they are, instead of going to a short ride in the weekend, in behalf of his friend's 60th anninversary, they came to the idea of doing a trip around the island, which, instead of rushing all through the whole journey, they would visit all those special places and landmarks that our country has to offer. This led to the conclusion that this trip should be divided into stages, otherwise no one will be able to return home without something missing :P

All through the journey, other adventure-freaks joined the group, consealing this way a pact of getting the most out of this trip. With this group is finally completed the first stage of this big adventure, which finished in Puerto Plata, so full of many memories, new friends and on top of that, everyone hoping time passes by faster so they're on schedule for the second stage. This first stage caused such a commotion they were even invited to a local TV show where they talked about their experiences with some people who were really amazed to hear all they had to say, just as much as if they were riding with them all the way.

Isla Paraíso-Cayo Arena

Well, this second stage of our trip around the island is right around the corner. And it will be officially on july 22th through 24th. This stage has something in particular which is that most of the trip will be done by the coast. This, in a way, brings to mind the first stage of the adventure, with only one big difference: These shores are some of our country's most beautiful beaches, and they're actually not populated; no one lives there so this is a natural paradise wich offers all the quietness and peace only found a place with these characteristics.

These beaches make you feel like you're the lord of this land. In this stage we'll be able to see places only seen in photographs and magazines, this is the particular case of Isla Paraiso, with all those corals and unparalleled beauty.

Next we show you some pictures of what you'll be able to see in person if you join us in this second stage of our crazy journey.

For those who won't be able to go, their only hope is that we come back fully loaded with beautiful pictures to share with everybody. To these people, we reckon, nice, you'll be able to see all the pictures we'll bring when we're back and read all our anecdotes but you'll never be able to actually taste and smell this special ocassion, watch all the stars at night from those paradise-like places unless you come with us: "Los Trazabosques".

You wouldn't want to miss so much fun and the joy of discovering the Dominican Republic.. in a bike.
